INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Eight Eleven Group and its family of companies have announced today that it is a 2025 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence winner, specifically for the areas of Innovation, Purpose & Values, Leadership, and Work-Life Flexibility. Winners of these awards are selected based on the employee responses of each organization collected through double-blind surveys. These surveys and the Top Workplaces program are conducted by Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces. The Top Workplaces program has a 17-year history of surveying and celebrating people-first organizations nationally and across 60 regional markets. In addition to these Spring Culture of Excellence awards, Eight Eleven was also recognized as a Top Workplace USA and a Top Workplace: Central Indiana in 2025, earlier this year.

Top Workplaces awards are based on voluntary feedback from a research-backed employee engagement survey.
