In May 2000, two college buddies decided to start a staffing company from a basement. You read that right, a basement. Ryan and Jeff shared a dream to build a business based on hard work, passion, and a strong culture. Years of long nights, unwavering commitment to a common vision, and a lot of grit brought us here: over 30 markets across the U.S., three unique companies, and more than 900 employees. But we don’t plan on stopping there! We look forward to watching you launch your career while growing both professionally and personally within a company that prioritizes its people.

Recruiter

As an Eight Eleven Recruiter, you will be representing the Eight Eleven Family of Companies and our clients as you reach out to candidates of all backgrounds, industries, and skill levels. You need to be both a great communicator and team player, collaborating with clients, fellow Eight Eleven employees, and candidates to find the best fit for each role. Additionally, you must be a people person at your core!

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with our sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
  • Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
  • Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process before presenting candidates to external clients. This includes phone, in-person, and virtual interviews.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to match them best with our current open positions.
  • Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback to candidates.
  • Provide extensive onboarding and post-placement support to create raving fans in our consultants throughout the duration of their project assignments with our clients.
  • Consistently hit their weekly metric goals of phone calls, interviews, and placements.
  • Set personal and team goals through frequent goal sessions with your manager and recruiter support.

Associate Account Executive

As an Eight Eleven Associate Account Executive, you will be in an outside sales role, taking a relationship-driven, client-focused, consultative approach. Your goal is to spend 75% of your time in front of hiring managers, building partnerships, and taking time to understand how you can add value to the organization’s hiring process. We employ a solution-based selling approach, which incorporates a Relationship Lifecycle methodology and quantitative, activity-based goals.

Here's What You'll Do

  • Strategically identify new business in an account territory.
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned sales territory through on-site client meetings, presentations, and out-of-office events and activities.
  • Qualify and consult clients on hiring processes, create solutions to help drive change within their organization, and deliver talent solutions through a dedicated internal delivery team.
  • Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience of our targeted accounts.
  • Strategically negotiate with potential and existing clients to close sales.
  • Continue to meet and exceed target sales goals.
  • Set personal and team goals through frequent goal sessions with your manager and sales support team.

Be Giving Hours | Volunteer Time Off (VTO)

Every full-time employee has access to eight (8) hours of paid time off a quarter, to use for volunteering or supporting a cause of their choice.

Personal Leave

All full-time employees are eligible to take up to 24 hours of Paid Personal Leave per year.

Sick Leave

All full-time employees are eligible to take up to six (6) days or 48 hours of Sick Leave per year. All Sick Leave must be used in increments of four (4) hours or greater.

Funeral (Bereavement) Leave

Full-time employees will receive three (3) days of paid Funeral (Bereavement) Leave for the death of a member of your immediate family (a parent, spouse, spouse’s parent, child, spouse’s child by a former marriage, sibling). One (1) day of paid Funeral Leave will be granted in the event of the death of a grandparent, your spouse’s grandparent or sibling, or any other member of your extended family living in your home.

Childbirth Recovery & Bonding Leave

Bonding Leave – Paid leave for two (2) weeks after the birth or adoption of a child.

Childbirth Recovery - Paid leave for ten (10) weeks after giving birth to a child.

Organ Donation Recovery Leave

All employees are eligible for up to six (6) weeks of paid time off for Organ Donation Recovery.
